When ARC rolled out Loop Logics in September 2021, it wasn’t about adopting new software for the sake of it. It was about preparing the business to scale and unlocking efficiencies their previous systems couldn’t support. That preparation was tested far sooner than anyone expected. In February 2022, the Lismore and South East Queensland floods triggered an immediate surge in claims and active jobs. ARC needed to mobilise fast, maintain visibility across thousands of moving parts, and continue delivering for customers during a crisis. Loop Logics became the operational backbone of that response, supporting increased volumes, coordinating teams, and keeping work moving when it mattered most.
