Loop Logics Pricing
Builders, restorers and trades working in the insurance space know that the most predictable thing about a year’s projections is that there will be ebb and flow. As your technology partner, Loop Logics provides our customers with a pricing model that doesn’t take a slice of your storm season margins.
We provide intuitive, cutting edge solutions to help you win more work and stay compliant through the peaks and troughs.
In order to provide you with a relevant quote, we’ll need to learn a little bit about your business. Please fill out the form and the Loop Logics team will be in touch.
Loop Logics splits our access levels and pricing into two user types: desktop users and field users.
Team members running operations from the office are the desktop users. They have access to the cloud platform which is compatible on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Additional permissions can be set up for desktop users to manage controls and data privacy.
Field users have more limited access; using the Loop Logics mobile app, they’ll see only the details relevant to their allocated jobs. Subcontractors would not be counted as field users. Speak to the team about how to manage your subbies using Loop Logics.

Our mission is to provide meaningful integration for builders into the insurance ecosystem. Whether it’s building out your subbie network, winning more panel positions or providing your customers with exceptional service, Loop Logics helps you achieve your business goals. We help put the pieces together through intuitive and innovative tech so you can spend less time worrying about repetitive tasks, and more time getting exceptional work done.
Loop Logics offers a fast and collaborative onboarding experience. Whether you’re currently running your operations from spreadsheets and messaging platforms, or coming across from a different software platform, our team will work with your business to ensure a smooth, confident transition to Loop Logics.
Loop Logics uses a user-based pricing model. You pay for the admin users who run operations from the office and the field users who reach their jobs through the mobile app. Your price doesn’t change with the number of jobs or claims you process, so software costs stay predictable through storm season and quieter months alike.
Desktop users are office-based team members who manage operations through the Loop Logics cloud platform on desktop, tablet or mobile. They handle quotes and assessments, scheduling, insurer communication and reporting, dashboards, cost forecasting and delivery budget management. Field users are employees working on site through the Loop Logics mobile app and see only their allocated jobs: key contacts, site navigation, site forms, job notes and photos.
Note: Subcontractors would not be counted toward your field user count; only employees.
Yes. Field users have more limited, job-specific access through the mobile app, so they’re priced separately from desktop users. You can give your site teams access to the jobs they need without paying for full platform access for every person in the field.
No hidden costs and no seasonal swings. Because Loop Logics pricing is based on users rather than job volume, a busy storm season or catastrophe event won’t push up your software bill. You’ll know what you’re paying before you sign, so you can plan your year with confidence.
